One week of intensive training and preparation

Last week instructor Klaas Barends from the Dutch H.K.D Federation paid another visit to Finland to teach both Hankido and Hankumdo to a growing group of Finnish HKD enthusiasts. Klaas was accompanied by two of his students who paid for the trip themselves. From Saturday the 20th of February the week was filled with lots of Hankido and Hankumdo training sessions. Only late in the evening was there time to relax by taking a Finnish sauna. One goal of this trip was to make preparations for a trip scheduled in May to Korea. Sami Munukka of the Finnish HKD organization and his wife Satu Järvinnen will then join Klaas on his trip to Seoul to train with master Ko Baek Yong.
